Make yourselves at home! Guests will have full access to the entire home, including kitchen, laundry, backyard, and driveway. Our home is in Austin’s vibrant East Side, a lively neighborhood known for its murals, live music, and creative energy.

Just blocks away are coffee shops, bars, food trucks, and award-winning restaurants, while downtown, Rainey Street, and 6th Street are only a 5-minute drive. For outdoor lovers, the Colorado River and Lady Bird Lake Hike-and-Bike Trail are a short walk away — perfect for a morning jog, bike ride, or peaceful stroll.

Per the city of Austin short term rental ordinance the following rules apply to every vacation rental within city limits, with no exceptions: 1) Outdoor spaces are not available for use from 10 PM to 7 AM, 2) Parties and events are not permitted, 3) Occupancy limit of 6 unrelated adults.
